The successful candidate will be able to apply a risk-focused maintenance approach and operations of plant and systems in data centres/critical environments and general office environments.Role Summary:12 Hour Shift – Continental Shift patternAble to manage own time and allocate works to other team membersAble to manage cost related to delivery of maintenance activities (specialist and self-perform)Services meet client requirements or appropriate SLAsOperate change control process covering business critical areasProvide technical management reports as requiredMonitor utilities management and environmental programmesSupport critical environment related technical auditsSupport cost-effective procurement of engineering maintenance servicesResponsibility for ensuring all critical related engineering maintenance documentation/records are kept in clearly identified and retrievable systemsPlan Statutory Compliance Maintenance and Testing and report as required the Statutory Compliance Audit Report to the Technical Services ManagerEnsure all PPM’s and Critical Facility PPM’s are carried out to scheduleMonitor and analyse environmental conditions, review the loading and working conditions of critical equipment regularlyLiaise with the CBRE ESH specialist to ensure audit compliance at all timesExperience Required:Recognised electrical or mechanical qualificationsHV AP 15 qualification or equivalent – essential18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations – essentialPrevious experience in operating data centres/critical environments - desirableKnowledge of emergency response/standby/call out activities and protocolsUnderstand the monitoring of utilities and environmental programsIOSH or equivalent H&S trainingExcellent contract/supplier management skillsExcellent facilitation, communication skills at all levels #J-18808-Ljbffr
