You'll lead technical strategy, mentor a talented development team, and own the delivery of mission-critical features. This isn't just about writing code, it's about building systems that matter, at scale. You'll navigate both our cutting-edge platform and legacy systems with equal confidence, ensuring everything runs with reliability, security, and elegance.As a key player in the team, you will help empower organisations to fulfil their duty of care by keeping their people safe and connected, wherever they are in the world. Our flagship location intelligence platform, AtlasNXT, is transforming how global teams stay protected, informed, and connected across any context, any location, any time and we are looking for an individual with Geospatial experience to come on board and help us continue to innovate.What You'll DoApply your Geospatial experience to ensure the delivery of mission critical featuresSpearhead the planning and delivery of roadmap features across our full engineering stackProvide technical leadership and mentorship that elevates the development teamChampion secure coding practices, compliance standards, and architectural excellencePartner closely with Product and QA to define and deliver on engineering objectivesDesign, build, and review services with a focus on scalability and reliabilityTrack and improve engineering KPIs, continuously refining our processesBe part of our on-call rotation, supporting critical systems when neededRequirementsGeospatial or GIS experienceDeep expertise in Node.js, React/React Native, and PHP (backend, frontend, and mobile)Strong ability to design and scale service-oriented, event-driven systemsHands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code (Terraform)Proficiency with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication skillsA sharp analytical mind with a proactive, problem-solving approachNice to Have:Experience building high-availability systems or cybersecurity frameworks (ISO, SOC)Background working in fast-paced start-up or scale-up environmentsInterest in transitioning into or growing towards an Engineering Manager roleWhy You'll Love It HereYou're someone who thrives in dynamic, collaborative environments.
