OverviewJob Title: Lead Engineer - DAYS ONLY • Contract: Permanent - Full-Time • Salary: Up to £52,000 per annum • Location: Leicester • Start Date: ASAPWe are seeking a technically strong, forward-thinking Lead Engineer to join a healthcare-focused production site in Leicester. This is a hands-on leadership role within a true multi-skilled engineering team, supporting a Site Manager and alongside another Lead Engineer in overseeing a team of 12 engineers.The site has undergone significant investment over the past 18 months, with €6 million already spent and a further €1.6 million approved for new machinery, including tunnel washers, boilers, and a new stores area.
