Operating nationally, the business focuses on providing top quality safety-critical services for the protection of people, buildings and infrastructure.About the role: As a Fall Protection Engineer you will survey, test and install a variety of height safe equipmentPossess excellent customer service skills in fulfilling the needs of our clientsYou will work efficiently whilst upholding health and safety standards through proficient use of risk and method statementsAssist with mentoring support operatives through their height safety trainingConfident with Installing height safety equipmentSupporting with pre-tender site surveys providing technical design input to the Estimating team when neededProficient in completing test and inspection reports detailing any further works needed for legislative complianceWhat youll need: Experience within the height safety industryA flexible approach to work with the ability to travel and lodge away from home when requiredValid full UK driving licenceSelf-starter keen to get the job doneAbility to use own initiativeStrong verbal communication and interpersonal skillsMinimum 2 years experience with installation, test and repair of height safety systems, including; cable based fall protection systems, abseiling points, Davit Arms / sockets, guard rails, eye bolts and fixed laddersCSCS card (preferable)What youll get in return: A competitive salary up to £38,000 depending on experienceCompany vehicleCompany pensionLife insuranceRetail discountsFree 24/7 remote GP accessSchedule 40 hours Mon-FriOvertimeWeekend availabilityWork Location Field BasedREF-223 560JBRP1_UKTJ
