A fast paced FinTech company is looking for an accomplished Front End Engineer to join their ranks to help lead & mentor their front end team. The role will suit anyone with;

• A strong background in React & Typescript (AG Grid).
• Good experience with WebAssembly
• A strong knowledge of Web Workers & performance optimization

You'll thrive if you enjoy solving challenging performance & scalability problems & prefer minimal bureaucracy and straightforward collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the front end team.
• Address performance and scalability challenges and optimize front end quality and speed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams with a focus on delivering robust front end solutions.

• Salary: £150,000 + 20% Bonus.
