Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of SaaS applications, providing technical direction to the development team
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure seamless user experiences and technically sound solutions
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability for high-traffic environments
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce best coding practices, and ensure high-quality software delivery
  • Troubleshoot and resolve bugs promptly, maintaining platform stability and reliability
  • Implement security and compliance best practices for web applications
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and best practices, guiding the team to remain innovative
  • Mentor and support junior developers, fostering professional growth and team effectiveness

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with proven leadership on complex SaaS applications
  • Strong proficiency in front-end (JavaScript, Vue, React) and back-end technologies (.NET Core, C#)
  • Expertise in RESTful API design (OpenAPI, Swagger) and cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
  • Minimum of 2 years in a senior or leadership role, with experience guiding development teams
  • Strong knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and hands-on experience with unit, integration, and functional testing
  • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker) and cloud infrastructure
  • In-depth understanding of web security best practices and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
