Lead Full Stack Engineer | React & Node.js | SaaS House Prism Digital has partnered with a super cool UK/US‑based company that creates SaaS data visualisation tools, akin to DataDog and Prometheus. We are looking for a lead engineer to mentor a team of four (2 developers / 2 QA) and drive the prototyping of new products. Position: Remote First, Head Office in Berkshire. Full‑time. Responsibilities

Lead a team of four engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship. Prototype and deliver new front‑end features using React. Build and optimise back‑end services with Node.js. Work closely with product & UX teams to shape the user experience of the SaaS application. Maintain high code quality with automated testing, CI/CD, and best practices.

Key Requirements

Strong experience with React and Node.js. Prior experience in a SaaS product company, preferably smaller‑sized. Excellent communication skills and a solid educational background. Leadership experience mentoring a small engineering team (4‑person team). Comfortable with a 60% front‑end / 40% back‑end split.
