Lead Maintenance Engineer Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + 25 Days Holiday + Pension + Training & Development Location: St Albans (Commutable from Watford, Luton, Hatfield, Hemel Hempstead, and surrounding areas)

Are you an experienced engineer looking for a hands-on leadership role where you can manage operations, mentor a team, and drive technical excellence?

On offer is a technically challenging, hands-on leadership role where you will plan and schedule maintenance, oversee preventative and reactive work, manage suppliers and contractors, maintain accurate compliance records, support CAPA processes, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Quality, Manufacturing, Packaging, and Supply Chain to deliver operational targets.
