Overview: We are looking for a Lead Mechanical Engineer to act as the Design Authority for a next-generation radar development programme at BAE Systems. In this senior role, you'll provide both hands-on technical expertise and leadership to a small team of mechanical and CAD engineers, ensuring successful design, integration, and delivery of complex mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities: Serve as Mechanical Design Authority for a future radar demonstrator product. Lead and mentor a small team of engineers. Own and approve key mechanical design decisions across the project lifecycle. Drive the design, build, test, and integration of complex mechanical systems.
