The JobWe are looking for a Mobile Lead to guide and shape the future of our mobile applications as we continue to grow and evolve. You will lead the development of advanced mobile apps for iOS and Android, as well as our web portal. Reporting directly to the Head of Development, you will collaborate with talented colleagues across Development, QA, Business Analysis, Architecture, and DevOps to deliver high-quality, cutting-edge solutions.You’ll oversee the entire mobile development lifecycle—from designing user interfaces to managing CI/CD pipelines, troubleshooting issues, ensuring scalability, and maintaining top-quality documentation. You will also mentor and motivate the team, drive innovation, and implement best practices across all projects.About youWe’re looking for someone who:Has significant experience developing and leading mobile application projects on iOS, Android, and web platforms.Can lead and inspire a development team while ensuring the highest standards in coding and delivery.Has a deep understanding of CI/CD processes, third-party integrations, and scalable mobile architecture.Brings strong problem-solving skills and excellent collaboration abilities across technical and non-technical teams.Holds a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or has equivalent experience.Keeps up-to-date with the latest mobile technologies and best practices.The companyWe’re a forward-thinking tech business that values creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
