We are looking for aUK-basedQA Mobile Engineerwithmobile app team experience, a strong understanding ofmodern engineering practices, and a coaching mindset. This is not a QA or testing-only role

we're looking for a collaborative engineering leader who understands how to build quality into the development lifecycle.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience working inmobile app product teams(iOS/Android)

Strong understanding ofCI/CD,Continuous Testing, andShift Left/Rightprinciples

Hands-on technical skills, includingTDDand pairedpairing

Able to coach and mentor developers in testing and quality ownership

Comfortable working incross-functional teamsembedded with engineers

Strong communicator

Demonstratedleadership experiencein driving quality strategies within teams
