Lead Quality Engineer Job in Andover at Stannah - Join Our Team!

We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Quality Engineer to join Stannah, based at our Andover site.

This job will involve leading quality initiatives across our Home Accessibility (HA) product range, ensuring both new and existing products meet defined specifications and comply with our Quality Management System (QMS). You'll play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement, supporting cross-functional teams, and acting as a key quality contact for internal and external stakeholders.

As the Lead Quality Engineer, you will work Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. This job is a permanent contract.

This role is office based but with the flexibility for hybrid working.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced quality professional looking to apply their technical expertise, lead a small team, and directly influence product quality and customer satisfaction within a manufacturing environment.

To be successful as the Lead Quality Engineer, it is essential that you have previous experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing or engineering environment. Experience in auditing, QMS development, and applying quality tools such as FMEA, 8D, PPAP and SPC would be desirable.
