Lead Quality Engineer
Location: Barrow-in-Furness, BAE Systems
Duration: 12 months +
Hourly Rate: £48.32 PAYE or £65.19 Umbrella
Working Arrangements: 4 days per week on site, work from home on Friday
What We're Looking For
Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of Quality tools, techniques, and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with industry standards including ISO 9001 and NEC contracts.
• Experience with Business Systems such as SharePoint and CEMAR.
• Knowledge of RIBA and construction standards.

Skills:

• Proven experience in a construction or infrastructure environment.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Leadership in driving quality improvements and cultural change.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Lead or Internal Auditor (Expected).
