Are you a hands-on quality professional with proven APQP and PPAP experience? Step into a senior role where youll lead new product launches, drive Right First Time quality, and embed best practice across operations and suppliers. Initially hands-on, youll have the chance to grow and lead a small quality team. Were looking for a LeadQuality Engineer to lead from the front. This is a senior, highly technical role where youll: Own APQP deployment across new product launches, process changes, and supplier activities.

Lead PFMEA, Control Plans, validations, and ensure Right First Time quality across all operations.

Engage directly with customers, auditors, and senior stakeholders to demonstrate robust quality systems.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and embed best practice across the business.

Initially hands-on, with the potential to grow and lead a small quality engineering team.

What you need to succeed: Proven experience in APQP and PPAP (candidates without this experience on their CV will not be considered).

Several yearsexperience in manufacturing quality engineering, preferably in safety-critical or high-integrity sectors.

Degree in engineering or quality-related discipline (CQP status desirable).

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Self-starter who can execute quality and compliance tasks independently.

Willing and able to undergo DBS clearance

requires 5 years of UK work history.
