The Role
As the Site Engineer Lead, youll play a crucial role in the following:
Manage engineering contracts with a strong focus onelectrical maintenance and compliance Ensurefull compliancewith health & safety, statutory regulations, and company policies
alwaysaudit ready Overseeplanned and reactive electrical works, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery UtiliseCAFM systemsand digital tools toschedule tasks,track performance, andgenerate reports Act as theprimary point of contactfor clients, maintaining strong and professional relationships What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the role of Site Engineer Lead, youll bring the following skills and experience to the role:
Proven experienceas a Contract Manager with a strongelectrical bias Relevantelectrical qualifications(e.g., 18th Edition, HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering) highly desirable Proficient inCAFM systems(e.g., Concept, Planon, Maximo) and other FM tech tools Whats in it for you?
