Our Engineering Persona Journeys team, part of the Productivity Services Lab within the Engineering Platform, are focusing on the experience of all our engineers, resolving issues and optimising services to provide an industry leading experience for our engineers to develop in.What you'll do:Technical Leadership: Leading the design and implementation of solutions, ensuring they are scalable, robust, and maintainableCode Quality: We want you to be hands on writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Reviewing and debugging code written by other team members to ensure high-quality standardsCollaboration: Working closely with others to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with our goals, sometimes this may require you to be an advocate, tenaciously pushing ideas forwardMentorship: Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, helping them grow their skills and advance their careersWhat you’ll need:Extensive experience of at least one high-level programming language, preferably both front end (JavaScript) and back end (Python) language.Experience with GCP (preferred), Azure, or AWS.Hands-on architecture experience.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Someone with a passion for technology and how it can be adopted and used for our colleagues and customers!
