THE ROLE Is for a talented Lead Software Engineer to join our team and take ownership of delivering high-quality solutions for our clients. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you'll set the standard for engineering excellence, mentor developers, and represent the technical face of the company in client projects
What You'll Do · Lead by example in coding, architecture, and solution design. · Act as the primary technical point of contact for client engagements. · Translate client requirements into scalable, elegant solutions. · Mentor and support the development team, fostering best practices. · Oversee delivery of projects from design to implementation. · Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure success.
What We're Looking For: · Strong hands-on experience with SQL, .NET, React, Angular, Azure. · Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot). · A proven track record in software engineering and solution delivery. · Experience working directly with clients in a technical capacity. · Excellent communication and collaboration skills. · A passion for building high-quality, scalable software.
