Here @ MRJ we’re working with a fast-growing tech company that’s just hit a major inflection point: fresh investment secured, a renowned CTO onboard, commercial traction proven, and an impressive client portfolio already in place. Now? It\'s all about scaling, and they\'ve decided to bring engineering in house, with this Lead (Founder) Engineer key to their plans. The next 12 months are huge: new features, a major greenfield project, and vast client growth plans. And they’re not looking for just another developer, they’re searching for a founding full-stack engineer to help shape the product, tech choices, and culture.

Your role:

• Lead the design and development of our core SaaS platform and new product features.
• Driving architecture and technical decisions, ensuring our systems are scalable, performant, and secure.
• Being deeply hands on writing high quality, maintainable code and setting the standard for engineering excellence.
• Solving complex technical challenges around scale, data, and integrations.
• Working closely with product and design to deliver impactful solutions quickly and iteratively.
• Introducing new tools, technologies, and practices to keep our stack modern and efficient.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Senior/Lead Software Engineer in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
• A balance of hands-on coding and technical leadership comfortable setting standards while still building.
• Experience scaling systems, managing complexity, and solving performance challenges.
• A collaborative leader who thrives in fast-paced environments.
