Overview
We are looking for a level 1 to level 2 technician who can work either UK or USA hours (GMT-6). This remote role may start as part-time and can lead to a full-time position. Applicants must be based in the UK or the US, and answering the phone is a must.
Responsibilities
- Answering support calls
- Answering support tickets
- Escalating tickets to level 2 and above
- Various other IT related tasks
Technical Scope
You will be working with:
- Microsoft Windows 10/11
- Microsoft Server 2019/2022
- Active Directory
- Print Management
- Telecoms (VoIP)
- Hyper-V / VMware
- Routers / Firewalls / Switches / Access Points
- Other various IT related services
Qualifications & Requirements
• Basic experience is required; training will be provided.
• This is a remote role, but applicants must be based in the UK or the US.
• Driving is preferred; bonus points for candidates in Essex, London, and surrounding areas.
