Overview

We are looking for a level 1 to level 2 technician who can work either UK or USA hours (GMT-6). This remote role may start as part-time and can lead to a full-time position. Applicants must be based in the UK or the US, and answering the phone is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Answering support calls
  • Answering support tickets
  • Escalating tickets to level 2 and above
  • Various other IT related tasks

Technical Scope

You will be working with:

  • Microsoft Windows 10/11
  • Microsoft Server 2019/2022
  • Active Directory
  • Print Management
  • Telecoms (VoIP)
  • Hyper-V / VMware
  • Routers / Firewalls / Switches / Access Points
  • Other various IT related services

Qualifications & Requirements

• Basic experience is required; training will be provided.

• This is a remote role, but applicants must be based in the UK or the US.

• Driving is preferred; bonus points for candidates in Essex, London, and surrounding areas.
