Lift Installation Engineer Job Overview
Complete the full installation of passenger and goods lifts in line with manufacturer specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations. Work on large-scale and high-profile projects as part of a dedicated major projects team. Interpret and work from technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and site plans to ensure precision in installation tasks. Carry out mechanical and electrical assembly of lift components on-site. Coordinate closely with site supervisors, project managers, and other trades to meet installation timelines and milestones. Maintain a high level of health and safety awareness and ensure all work complies with site and regulatory standards. Complete accurate and timely reporting of installation progress and any issues encountered. Attend project briefings, toolbox talks, and safety inductions as required.
