Role Overview The Linux Engineer will be responsible for the monitoring, maintenance, and support of Linux systems across a variety of platforms and technologies. Working as part of an established team, the successful candidate will manage incidents, troubleshoot performance issues, and contribute to the configuration and implementation of secure, scalable IT infrastructure.
The position requires a strong customer service orientation, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and resolve issues within agreed SLAs and KPIs.
