The Ads Conversions Modeling Team develops machine learning models to predict user conversions after engaging with Reddit. This role involves researching, implementing, and deploying models, collaborating across teams, and shaping the future of ads ML at Reddit.

Your Responsibilities:

• Building industrial-level models with advanced architectures
• Researching and implementing new model architectures, including deep neural networks
• Feature engineering from diverse Reddit data sources
• Contributing to team strategy and planning

Who You Might Be:

• Proven track record of KPI improvements through model architecture and feature engineering
• + years of experience with industry-level ML models
• + years with ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch
• + years of end-to-end ML project experience
• Deep learning experience is a strong plus
• Experience with large-scale data pipelines, Ads domain, or Recommendation Systems is a plus
