The Role

You'll be ourfirst technical hire, building AI systems that match employees with personalized wellness interventions. You'll architect ML pipelines from scratch and have complete technical autonomy.

What You'll Build (First 6 Months)

• Machine learning systems that power personalized workplace experiences
• Intelligent matching algorithms connecting people with relevant resources
• Analytics infrastructure measuring real-world impact
• API platform enabling seamless enterprise integrations

What You'll Own

• Complete ML architecture - you design it, you build it
• Data strategy - how we collect, process, and use workplace signals
• Technical hiring - interview and hire the next 2-3 engineers
• Technology choices - pick the tools and frameworks we use

What We're Looking For

Must Haves:

• 3+ years building production ML systems (not research)
• Python expertise with ML frameworks
• Experience with recommendation systems or personalization
• APIs and data pipelines experience

Nice to Have:

• Healthcare/HR tech background
• Startup experience (0→1 products)
• NLP/text analysis experience

Compensation

• Salary: £95k-£110k (based on experience)
• Equity: 0.8-1.2% (meaningful stake in something that matters)
