Nottingham (Hybrid, 2 days in office)
This is your chance to design and deploy ML systems at scale, working on projects that make a real-world difference in healthcare, mobility, and retail. You’ll take on greenfield challenges, transforming complex behavioural datasets into production-grade ML models that power decision-making and drive social good.

Role and responsibilities
- Build and productionise predictive and behavioural ML models.
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines for large, messy real-world datasets.
- Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to deliver explainable, trustworthy ML solutions.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure models solve real business problems.
What we’re looking for
- Strong academic background (STEM, data science, or related).
- ~2+ years’ experience in applied ML engineering or data science (flexible for the right person).
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience with model deployment into production environments.
- Curiosity and problem-solving mindset, with a drive to create impactful ML systems.
