Mercor is recruiting U.S./UK/Canada/Europe-based software engineers for a model-training project with a leading foundational model AI lab.

Base pay range

$200.00/hr - $200.00/hr

Responsibilities

• The work is fully asynchronous and can be done around your schedule.
• You must be able to commit around 20 hours per week for this role.
• This contract is expected to last at least 1 month.
• Successful contributions increase the odds that you are selected on future projects with Mercor.
• The vetting process involves a 30 minute AI interview centered on Docker; you will hear back within two weeks.

Qualifications

• Have at least 2 years of experience working at top US tech firms
• Experience with Docker
• Experience with Swift

Pay and legal status

• This role will pay $100-200/h depending on geography and experience level.
• We will pay you out at the end of each week via Stripe Connect based on the number of hours you log.
• You will be classified as an “at-will” contractor to Mercor.
• Please note that we cannot currently support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
