Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical)PermanentBridgwater£37,000 - £44,000Following on from a brand new partnership with a global leading manufacturing company, YT Technologies are looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our clients high performing Manufacturing team.What you'll be tasked withExecute planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across all site machinery and infrastructureRespond rapidly to equipment breakdowns and implement effective solutionsSupport operations by resolving mechanical issues that impact production efficiencyCollaborate with others in the Manufacturing Systems Engineering department and other teams to improve reliability and resolve complex faultsEnsure strict adherence to safety regulations and site proceduresCommunicate with departments to keep them up to date with maintenance plans and machine handoversAssist with commissioning and upgrades of machinery and facilitiesAssist with set up and configuration of site facilitiesYou'll need to have good experience in machine and facilities maintenance within a manufacturing environment, and showcase some of the following skillsStrong fault finding and problem-solving abilityClear and effective communication skillsRapid, confident decision-making in urgent situationsAttention to detail and a methodical approach to tasksAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHands-on experience with equipment design and buildCommitment to safe working practicesThe role is 8.30am to 16.30pm Monday to Thursday with a 1pm finish on Fridays.The position comes with an 8% bonus and an array of other benefits and features.Please apply directly within to be considered.JBRP1_UKTJ
