Additionally, the successful maintenance engineer will be given tailored training to improve any areas of their mechanical or electrical skillset. Skills acquired to be a Maintenance Engineer: The successful maintenance engineer must be multi skilled with an Electrical or Mechanical bias The succesful maintenance engineer will need to be from a factory high speed manufacturing background.
