Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off Shifts – Days and Nights (12 hour) 06.30 – 18:30 and 18.30 – 06.30 (blocks of 4) Key responsibilities of Maintenance Engineer: Deliver hands-on engineering support to keep production running smoothly Perform both reactive and planned maintenance on plant and equipment Keep maintenance records up to date using our CMMS system Work closely with production to meet daily performance goals Follow safety and repair best practices at all times Contribute to continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives Quals / Experience required of Maintenance Engineer: Time-served/apprenticeship-trained engineer Relevant engineering qualifications (C&G/NVQ Level 3 or ONC/HNC preferred) Strong
