job Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and improvements on production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime identify root causes of failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence Maintain accurate daily records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with reporting systems and CMMS / SHIRE Continuously seek ways to reduce breakdowns and improve processes through WCM methodologies Assist operators with maintenance activities and support their understanding of machine functions About the successful

Maintenance Engineer Proven experience within a manufacturing environment 18th Edition electrical certification with a solid understanding of the Electricity at Work Regulations Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical fitting, ELV control circuits, PLC I/O logic, and basic plumbing. Ability to effectively read and interpret Electrical/Mechanical/Hydraulic/Pneumatic drawings and fault-find.
