Are you a skilled and adaptable fabric engineer looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a proactive Multi-Trade Maintenance Engineer to join a growing facilities and maintenance team. You’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality repairs, maintenance, and general fabric works across a range of commercial sites in the South London area.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out a wide range of planned and reactive fabric maintenance tasks (e.g., carpentry, basic plumbing, painting & decorating, patch plastering, tiling, etc.)

* Support M&E engineers where required and assist with general building maintenance.

* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, complying with health and safety regulations.

* Maintain clear and accurate documentation of work carried out.

* Respond to client queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience in a multi-trade, maintenance or fabric engineer role.

* Strong skills in general building trades (e.g., carpentry, joinery, decorating, etc.)

* A proactive approach and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

* Full UK driving licence (van and fuel card is provided).
