You will lbe working with high-speed recycling machinery running like clockwork -minimising downtime, preventing breakdowns, and keeping the circular economy turning.
What you’ll be doing
*
Responding to reactive breakdowns and getting production back online fast
*
Delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across site
*
Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults
*
Keeping equipment safe, reliable, and production-ready
*
Driving continuous improvement and championing safety on-site
What you’ll bring
*
Recognised maintenance qualification (apprentice-trained ideal)
*
Multi-skilled (60% electrical / 40% mechanical)
*
Solid experience in fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing (FMCG or 24/7 plant preferred)
*
Fault-finding expertise, clear communication, and a calm head under pressure
