Maintenance Engineer\nMy client, a leading company in the construction and facilities management sector, is looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their well-established team. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple buildings, primarily in Manchester and Liverpool, with occasional travel to Leeds and Birmingham.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Conduct maintenance across various sites, ensuring jobs are completed on time and within health & safety regulations.\n\n * \n\n Communicate with a central helpdesk to stay on schedule and meet deadlines.\n\n * \n\n Review work instructions and ensure compliance with provided drawings and plans.\n\n * \n\n Build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.\n\n * \n\n Use a computer or handheld device to carry out basic tasks and order materials as needed.\n\n * \n\n Recommend filter upgrades for better efficiency and maintain accurate maintenance records.\n\n * \n\n Perform other duties as required in a physically demanding work environment, which may involve exposure to extreme temperatures, loud noise, and hazardous materials.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking company, offering excellent benefits and the chance to grow within a supportive and collaborative team.
