The Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all production machinery, equipment, and site facilities. Through proactive maintenance, rapid fault diagnosis, and effective repair, you will help minimise downtime, support manufacturing performance, and contribute to overall business success.
Key Responsibilities
Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on all site machinery and infrastructure.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, carrying out effective repairs to minimise downtime.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues impacting production efficiency.
Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to improve equipment reliability and resolve complex faults.
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and site operating procedures.
Action tasks arising from the Corrective Action Report (CAR) system.
Communicate clearly with relevant departments regarding maintenance schedules, progress updates, and machine handovers.
