OverviewMaintenance Engineer / Shift Technician / Multi Skilled Engineer £55k + Full Benefits, LincolnWhat you'll be doingWorking as a Maintenance Engineer / Shift Technician / Multi Skilled Engineer across a 4 on 4 off Shifts - Days and Nights (12 hour) 06.30 - 18:30 and 18.30 - 06.30 (blocks of 4)Providing expert-level Electrical, Mechanical and Control Systems support across all production linesConducting preventative maintenance, fault-finding and breakdown response to minimise downtimeSupporting RCA processes and reliability improvement actionsCoaching Manufacturing Technicians to build operational fault-finding skillsSupporting site CI and capital projects from an engineering perspectiveManaging contractor activity and issuing Permits to WorkWorking closely with PLCs (Siemens/Allen Bradley), SCADA, and industrial control systemsSalary & Benefits£50-55k salary, pension, PPE and great benefits including enhanced pensionAdditional InformationThis is a permanent opportunity based at a high-output UK manufacturing facility.
