Maintenance Engineer Location: South London Salary: Up to £46,000 per annum Rotating Shifts: Week 1: 10am to 6pm | Week 2: 6pm to 2pm As a key member of our clients engineering team, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and improving plant and machinery performance, ensuring safety standards are upheld and driving continuous improvement across all maintenance activities. The Role: Champion continuous improvement of equipment, maintenance processes and plant reliability. Uphold company standards, disciplines and safety protocols always. Enhance equipment performance and reduce costs related to parts and consumables. Accurately report incidents, accidents, and near misses in line with Health & Safety policies. Maintain company assets to ensure optimal efficiency and longevity. Foster strong communication with production teams and ensure smooth handovers and updates across shifts. What You’ll Bring Experience: Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing or process-driven environment. Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 & 4 in Engineering; HND or City & Guilds equivalent preferred. Must be apprentice-trained (BTEC).
