Maintenance Engineer People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join our well-established client, based in Tamworth on a full-time, permanent basis. Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday: 06:00–13:30 / 13:30–21:00 Friday: 06:00–12:30 / 12:30–19:00 1 Saturday every 6 weeks on rota 1 week of nights per year to cover annual leave Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per year (depending on experience) Benefits: Company pension scheme Health & wellbeing programme Sick pay Bereavement leave Cycle to work scheme Free on-site parking Employee referral programme Day-to-Day Duties: Provide both electrical and mechanical maintenance support across all plant and equipment Communicate effectively with operational teams and management Perform planned and preventative maintenance tasks Record all maintenance activities and progress updates on the Maintenance Management System Respond quickly and efficiently to plant breakdowns, ensuring high standards of repair and identifying root causes
