About the Role LRL are currently recruiting for two experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers to join the engineering team at Forest Gate. Working on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern covering 12-hour shifts, you will be responsible for keeping production running smoothly within a fast-paced bakery environment, while also driving improvements across the site.

This is an excellent opportunity for skilled engineers with a mechanical and electrical background to secure a long-term role in the food manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance, routine servicing, and reactive repair work on all plant and equipment within the bakery.

Diagnose and resolve both mechanical and electrical faults to minimise downtime.

Complete accurate written reports on maintenance work carried out, highlighting future requirements.

Plan and implement continuous improvement ideas to increase plant throughput and efficiency.

Ensure timely resolutions to engineering issues in line with production schedules.

Work in compliance with site health, safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.
