(Both mechanical and electrical engineers considered) The basics: Job Title: Maintenance Engineer Industry: Manufacturing Location: Swindon Pay: Starting at £42,100 and rising to £45,000 + Overtime = earnings of £50,000 and upwards Hours: Mon-Fri (6.00am to 2.10pm with a short shift on a Friday) rotating with Mon-Thurs (2.10pm-10.00pm) and Fridays (2.00pm-7.15pm) - (37.5hrs) Overtime rates: x1.5 Monday-Saturday and x2 Sunday Holidays & Benefits: 28 days plus 8 bank holidays, company pension, life insurance, private medical. Overview: Working for a large manufacturing business that have sites across the world we now require a site-based Maintenance Engineer to join the team. Both mechanical and electrical engineers considered. Key responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer role: To maintain service and repair all automated plant machinery to minimise production down time. Provide technical support on all projects, installations and breakdowns PPM's The ideal candidate / Maintenance Engineer may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually: Time served apprentice trained or above
