I am currently recruiting on behalf of a west established family run Facilities and Maintenance business who are looking to hire a general maintenance engineer to work on their high end residential property in Stratford within walking distance to the station.

The role is a Monday to Friday position 08:00 - 17:00 and you will be carrying out general PPM's through out the site.

Duties:

* General PPM's

* Emergency light testing

* Fire alarm testing

* Basic plumbing (blockages, leaks etc)

* Lamping

* AHU's and FCU's

* Fabric works when required

Requirements

* Experience in a maintenance role

* Client facing

* A recognised technical qualification

* 18th Edition (desirable)

This will be a quick turnaround with the client looking to interview asap...
