This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in ensuring high equipment reliability, product quality, and operational performance in a modern, fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities * Carry out safe and efficient engineering operations in line with company Health & Safety policies. * Perform repairs, maintenance and machine modifications to the highest quality standards. * Work collaboratively with production teams, providing clear shift handovers and ongoing communication. * Support and mentor operators in problem-solving and process improvement. * Participate in continuous improvement and technical trial projects. * Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow preventative maintenance schedules. * Support site security and ensure engineering best practice is maintained at all times. About You * Proven engineering experience within an FMCG environment. * Recognised engineering qualification (mechanical or electrical bias). * Strong mechanical knowledge with some electrical understanding preferred. * Excellent teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills. * Proactive, reliable and self-motivated, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
