After undergoing a restructure of the engineering teams this food manufacturers in Coventry have new roles created for thier shift engineering teams, working a 4 on 4 off days and nights pattern you will play an integral part in maintaining engineering standards with both proactive and reactive maintenance duties and keeping up time to a maximum. Due to the increase in numbers we are looking for both mechanical & electrical Mainteancne engineers, you will need to be apprentice trained or qualified to a minimum of a level 3 with 2-3 years hands on experiance in a maintenance position. If you have considered a move to Coventry then the client will offer a relocation package* The role of a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer: Carrying out reactive maintenance and PPM's. Using both your electrical and mechanical skill set. Diagnosing faults to find the root cause of breakdowns. Supporting continuous improvement projects on site. Working efficiently with the production team to minimise downtime. Ensuring Health and Safety regulations are adhered to.
