Maintenance Engineer- Continental Shift - Commercial building - Battersea - Temp to perm - up to £21p/h

My client is looking for a Shift Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial building In Battersea. The successful candidates will be Mechanically / Electrically biased (C&G / NVQ 2 or 3). Working with the maintenance team on site, He or she will be required to carry out General building maintenance in a commercial environment. In return, the company are offering an hourly rate of £20-21p/h.

Hours of work & Salary

£20-21p/h ( paid via umbrella ) Continental Shift - 07:00 am-19:00 pm / 19:00 pm -07:00 am Overtime Available Salary £38k - £40p/h

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) Chillers - Re-set Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing) Monitor mechanical plant Plumbing - Unblocking toilets Pumps, motors Water Treatment BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds) Requirements

Experience working in a large commercial building, willing to learn Maintenance experience not necessary as training can be provided. DBS required Mechanical or Electrical qualifications ( NVQ 2 or 3 / C&G ) You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential) Prior experience working in commercial building maintenance advantageous Good communication skills Excellent customer skills Must be able to get to site for 07:00am start Availability for a teams call prior to starting
