operating across over 30 sites nationwide. The Cannock facility is a key site within the group — producing high-quality building materials using state-of-the-art automated systems. With ongoing investment and multiple new positions signed off, they're expanding their maintenance team. What's on offer: Location:

Cannock (WS) – modern, well-equipped manufacturing facility Salary:

£52,000 base + 5% bonus (paid monthly) ??

Earnings:

OTE around £60,000 with regular overtime available Shifts:

4 on / 4 off – rotating days & nights (12-hour shifts) Overtime:

1.5x weekdays | 2x Sundays (engineers regularly earning £6K+ extra) ?

Opportunities to develop into PLC Technician, Team Leader, or Process Improvement roles across the wider UK group The Role: Join a strong multi-skilled maintenance team responsible for keeping high-output production machinery running efficiently. You'll work on equipment such as conveyors, mixers, extruders, ABB robotics, pumps, and cutting machines. Your day-to-day will include: Electrical fault-finding on motors, sensors, relays & control systems Working from electrical drawings & testing cables/motors Replacing mechanical components like bearings, shafts & pulleys Carrying out planned & reactive maintenance across key production assets Who We're Looking For: Multi-skilled engineer (mechanical or electrical bias considered) Qualified to

Level 3 NVQ
