We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Engineer to join our busy manufacturing team. The role involves carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth and safe operation.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing faults, repairing breakdowns, and helping to improve equipment performance. This role is ideal for someone with either a mechanical or electrical engineering background who enjoys hands-on problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventive and reactive maintenance on production machinery. Diagnose and repair mechanical and/or electrical faults. Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime. Contribute to continuous improvement projects to enhance reliability and efficiency. Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company standards. Support with installations, upgrades and modifications when required. Shift pattern; 4on/4off (DAYS Only)

About You

Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing or production environment. Qualified in either mechanical or electrical engineering (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent). Strong fault-finding skills with good knowledge of industrial equipment. A proactive approach to maintenance and problem-solving. Flexible, team-focused and able to work under pressure when required.
