Key Responsibilities Provide fast and effective maintenance support by responding to equipment breakdowns. Carry out planned/scheduled maintenance and proactively tackle recurring machine faults. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues efficiently using machine history and documentation. Work collaboratively with production/operations teams to ensure smooth manufacturing flow. Maintain and repair machinery to a high standard, ensuring maximum uptime. Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce engineering downtime. Candidate Requirements Ideally a time-served engineering apprenticeship. 17th Edition Wiring Regulations (minimum). Experience within Food, FMCG, or Automated Storage industries (advantageous but not essential). Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills.
