Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrically Biased) - Nights Only \nMilton Keynes \nMonday to Thursday, Nights (4 Nights / 40 hrs per week)\n£60,000\n\nAs a talented, multi-skilled engineer with an electrical bias looking for a new challenge? Join our dynamic and growing team, where your skills will be valued, and your career will thrive!\n\nThe Role:\nAs the Multi-Skilled Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining and improving a wide range of manufacturing and site equipment to ensure smooth and efficient night-time operations.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nCarry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.\n\nDiagnose and repair electrical faults on production machinery and site equipment.\n\nWork collaboratively with the night shift team to minimise downtime.\n\nEnsure all work is completed safely and to compliance standards.\n\nProactively support continuous improvement and lean initiatives.\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\nRecognised electrical qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, etc.).\n\nStrong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.\n\nGood mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience.\n\nExperience in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment.\n\nAbility to work independently on night shifts.\n\nFlexible, proactive, and safety-focused.\n\nWhat We Offer:\nCompetitive night shift salary + shift allowance.\n\n4-night week - enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!\n\nCareer development and training opportunities.\n\nSupportive team and excellent working environment.\n\nCompany pension, holiday allowance, and other benefits
