Position: Maintenance Engineer Location: Wincanton Salary: £42,000 - 45,000 + Overtime Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 06:00-14:00//14:00-22:00

Zest have partnered up with a growing and successful FMCG Manufacturer in Wincanton. We are seeking a Skilled Engineer to join the team. The Role * Conducting preventative and reactive maintenance on production machinery. * Ensuring the smooth operation of the production facilities. * Diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical faults. * Ensuring minimal downtime by efficiently managing breakdowns as well support. * Collaborating with the production team to optimise equipment performance. * Ensure that health and safety procedures are followed. * Carry out site service maintenance when required.

What We're Looking For * A strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering. * Experience in an FMCG environment (preferred). * Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent). * A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure. * Flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts.
