Manufacturing Engineer – Production

The Role

As a Manufacturing Engineer – Production, you’ll:

* Develop and optimise Methods of Manufacture (MOM) for new and existing products

* Drive improvements in quality and lead‑time through proactive process optimisation

* Assess new technologies and contribute to a strategic capability acquisition plan

* Resolve non‑conformances and eliminate root causes using structured problem‑solving tools

* Apply quality management techniques such as PFMEA, SPC, and MSA

* Collaborate closely with technicians and project teams to enhance production processes

* Create training packs and define best practices to support continuous improvement

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings:

* A relevant Engineering degree and at least 5 years’ manufacturing experience

* Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative mindset
