Degree or HND in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline. Minimum 3 years' experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role. Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, hands-on approach. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Experience with LabView, TestStand, or lean manufacturing tools is advantageous.
