Position: Manufacturing Engineer Location: Deeside, Flintshire Job Type: Permanent / Onsite My client, a leader in the aerospace and aviation manufacturing sector are on the hunt for a dynamic Manufacturing Engineer to join the team! Role and Responsibilities – In this role, you will be working within a tight knit team to support all day-to-day activities of the assembly, test and development departments. Other responsibilities include: New product introduction from initial bid, design reviews, equipment specification, shop floor layout through to final pass off to manufacturing Tool and fixture design, quotation and implementation Key interface between supporting departments, and manufacturing including. Quality, Engineering and Planning Supporting manufacturing with technical issues, e.g. design, documentation, specifications etc. Experience or Qualifications – Experience in a Manufacturing Engineering position with Aerospace and Defense sector Proven experience of the manufacture (Assembly & Test) of hydro-mechanical equipment and products or other manufactured engineering products.
